What's it all about for pool technicians? Will train the right fit to create a successful career in this lucrative pool cleaning position with a flexible schedule and consistent work. Per pool pay structure can easily exceed $20 per hour. Super flexible work schedules are part of it. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are required. Early starts equal early end of the day (usually by 1 or 2PM). Most technicians make more in three days than traditional jobs pay in 5, AND they get the bonus to spend more time with family or at the beach.
