Hurrican Protection, 4 Season Sun Rooms

I am looking for a helper to install hurricane protection and 4 season sun rooms, screen rooms and pergolas. Experience in general construction is required, read tape measure, drills, impacts and NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS. All tools are supplied. I'm not looking for any druggie or drunks. You MUST be reliable and dependable and willing to work Monday thru Friday, no weekends. I am willing 8 to 4 train the 3 right 3 person.
