Houseman/person high rise maintenance/janitorial

We are looking to add team members to the high rise division. The properties are located in the Cherry Grove area. The position includes responsibilities of maintaining the building hallways, lighting, parking lots, pools and common area. The available positions are full time, year around. Pay Scale is $15 to $18 depending on experience. There is room for growth. We train and uniforms are provided. Must have own transportation to and from property. Vacation pay is given after a year of full employment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be familiar with small equipment such as blowers and vacuum cleaners. Evening/afternoon shifts are available.
