55+ Independent Living complex seeking full time Houseman. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in overall facilities maintenance and be able to perform duties including general maintenance and repair, plumbing, electrical, repairs, painting, carpentry, etc. Must work well with fellow team members, residents, guests, and contractors. Position also includes performing general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping in residents' homes and common areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells. Must be available for some weekend rotations and emergency shifts.
