IHT Staffing is seeking 2 skilled Maintenance Techs for a resort in the North Myrtle Beach area, positions are full time. Must be able to work weekends. Full benefits offered once hired.
Candidate must have experience in resort or hotel/motel maintenance.
Must have plumbing/ electrical/ HVAC knowledge and experience with diagnosing problems and performing preventive maintenance .
Typical resort repairs include but not limited to:
installing locks
landscaping
painting
carpentry
ceiling fans/ light fixture replace/repair
appliances- repair/diagnose problems
changing plumbing fixtures
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
