Collectors Café is looking to fill Full Time Pantry/Hot Apps Line Cook, Experienced Lead Line Cook. Join one of Myrtle Beaches best award winning fine dining restaurants with 25 years of history. Lead Line Cook Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years casual fine dining experience
Excellent knife skills
Experienced and strong on the Grill & Sauté
The ability to cook meat and fish to temperature
The ability to break down meat & whole fish (head & tail on) a plus
Read and follow scratch recipes without deviation
Ability to lead the kitchen in the absence of Exec Chef & Sous Chef
Reliable transportation
Current related references that will be verified
Team player with a desire to learn
Pantry/Hot Apps Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years casual fine dining experience
Experience with emulsifying vinaigrettes
Good knife skills
Able to recreate plate presentations
Works quickly and keeps station clean
Read and follow scratch recipes without deviation
Reliable transportation
Current related references that will be verified
Team player with a desire to learn
