The Whistling Duck located on the Surfside Pier is now hiring all positions for our grand opening. We are currently under construction but our opening day is approaching and it is time to get to work.
Kitchen Manager:
Lead back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role focused on systems, scheduling, and team leadership.
Position duties to include but not limited to:
Strong cooking and/or kitchen management experience
Reliability, organization, and respect for systems
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
People who care about real food and doing things right
Oversee kitchen prep and daily production
Manage inventory, vendors, and ordering
Build prep schedules and monitor waste
Train and support a small, capable kitchen team
