Sales Coordinator II- Artisan Mt. Pleasant

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department and move-ins at the community. You build trust with prospects to showcase life in the community and how it can enhance well-being. This role involves 75% of your time working in the CRM. You will be provide tours to prospects when the Sales Director is not available. You will partner with sales and collaborate with the community team to deliver an exceptional experience. This role reports to the Director of Sales.Lead Generation & Follow-UpRespond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) within two hours to maximize speed-to-lead when the Sales Director is unavailable.Utilize the OneDay platform to send at least three personalized videos weekly to prospects. ToursSchedule in-person community tours for the Sales Director. Conduct tours when Sales Director is unavailable.Assist in personalized "One Extra" that reflects the prospect’s interests and showcases our unique value within senior living. EventsHelp organize and execute all community sales eventsSubmit all catering worksheets to Dining Services Director at least two weeks before event. Participate in each event and conduct tours as needed and directed by Sales Director.Participate in the setup and take-down of events. CRM ExpectationsUse the CRM to follow-up with leads in database with goal of scheduling new and repeat tours at the community.Follow-up with existing leads in CRM and reach out immediately to all leads that inquire through CRM or directly to the community. ScheduleThis position is a Sunday-Thursday position, depending on current schedules at the community.Perform other duties as assigned.
