The Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston - Mt Pleasant is currently looking for a Part Time Guest Services Agent to join our great team! Our Part-Time position would be for a mixture of 1st Shift (7 am - 3 pm) and 2nd Shift (3 pm - 11 pm). The starting rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. We also provide complimentary hot breakfast and are proud to be pet-friendly, ensuring that the whole family feels at home.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role as a Guest Services Agent at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Mount Pleasant, SC. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, answering phone calls and inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also address guest concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the hotel management system.

Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including lobby and guest amenities.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Uphold Hilton brand standards and protocols to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred- but NOT required!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Hospitality or tourism-related certifications a plus.
