Warehouse Supervisor Moncks Corner, SC Full Time Manager/Supervisor Share (https://seafoxboats.applytojob.com/app/share/c3AKC2xQ0F) Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our family!What we are looking for:Job Responsibilities: Implement new policies and procedures in the warehouse to assist in the onboarding of the newinventory management system, including accessing the picking process and the best method toaccomplish barcoding parts. Work with the VP of production and production supervisors to adjust procedures in order to getparts to the line as quickly as possible. Manage a team of warehouse employees, including reviewing payroll and participating in annualemployee reviews. Determine areas of improvement in the warehouse and submit any proposals to managementfor warehouse restructuring and potential new positions on the warehouse team. Maintain appropriate inventory quantities based on production’s model mix Review purchase orders and reconcile any discrepancies. Analyze current vendor prices based on market knowledge, determine fair rates, and negotiatecontracts. Maintain relationships with all vendors. Participate in weekly meetings with the management team to provide updates on the currentstate of inventory and any foreseen vendor delays. Create and present reports to the management team for tracking costs for all vendors. Work closely with the Engineering Team on the analysis of new parts and new vendors for newproduct development Work with the Engineering Team or bill of materials maintenance specialist to manage andmaintain the bill of materials.Job Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills Team-oriented, able to work well with colleagues in a high stress environment Ability to work under pressure and/or deadlines in a detailed, organized, and methodicalmanner Ability to develop, establish, and train on processes Microsoft Office Suite required Bachelor’s Degree 5-10 years of related experience, management experience preferredBenefits Offered: Health Dental Vision 401k Vacation Weekly Pay Great people on your team Sea Fox Boat Company offers health insurance after 60 days of employment and eligibility for all paid vacation days after 90 days of employment.
