Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience designing and testing multiple subsystems and systems (e.g., software, robotics algorithms, electrical systems, mechanical systems, control systems).
3 years of experience with industrial electrical control system components and system design, and regional industrial and safety standards (e.g. ISO, NFPA, RIA, ANSI, ETC).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in software development (e.g., C, C#, or Python).
Experience with Cloud-based software technologies (e.g., PubSub, IoT, DataWarehouses).
Experience with standards-based practices in Safety and Electrical.
Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence or OpenCV).
Experience using electronic and mechanical fabrication and test equipment.
Experience with industrial robot programming.

Operate independently within a project, providing technical expertise on projects while responsible for the implementation of control system solutions and their maintenance/improvement.
Work with Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, and Software Engineer to define technical requirements and influence project direction.
Plan strategic work for yourself and the broader team including direct work responsibilities for similar engineers and vendors/contractors.
Be responsible for engineering/technical direction-setting for a project and the team as a technical leader for projects of large size, scope, and complexity.
