An exciting opportunity for a Market Research Analyst working in the Marketing team has become available within the Corporate Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. What we are looking forThe successful candidate will have experience in a range of market research and data analytics programs to develop insightful and actionable reports. Reporting to the Research & Insights Manager, they will form an integral part of ALDI’s evolving Insights team, championing the consumer voice throughout the business.Work with the Insights team to conduct primary market research, routine business and campaign performance analysis, whilst managing ad-hoc team requestsManage and liase with ALDI’s research partners to ensure timely, accurate and strategically relevant reportingAssist in driving strategic use of and application of ALDI’s shopper segmentation to drive customer-led business decisionsSupport and co-ordinate the successful implementation of existing research programmes using a variety of primary and secondary sources, forming actionable recommendations from dataPlan and recommend customer insight approaches to resolve issues that arise, in consultation with the managerCoordination of requests from the wider ALDI Australia business for the insights teamPrepare reports and ad hoc analysis for regular internal presentationsAct as the central ‘knowledge hub’ for all customer research, and advocate for the customer voice in strategic decision making.
