An opening for an Internal Communications Assistant has become available within our Communications team in ALDI Stores. This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity.This pivotal role will see you at the centre of our story as part of the Internal Communications team, carrying the torch of the ALDI brand and translating our business priorities, initiatives and changes into meaningful narratives for our internal audiences.What does the role look like? Contribute to the development and delivery of effective, best practice communications strategies to increase employee engagementCreate written, visual and audio content for ALDI Australia’s internal platformsBuild relationships, engage, collaborate and manage expectations of various internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the timely and accurate delivery of all communications-related tasksSupport the success and efficient operation of the Communications Department.
