This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Lugoff, South Carolina area, but gives the ability to work hybrid/remote for a local candidate. The Bookkeeper will manage accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end closing, and accounts receivable. Moreover, as the Bookkeeper you will perform cash applications, estimates, customer invoices & office duties.Major responsibilities
Complete Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
Categorize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Draw up estimates/customer invoices
Aid with monthly accounting close
Supply cash flow projections, as needed
Proficient in credit card management and reconciliation
-Office duties as neededRequirements Qualifications:-1+ years of experience in Accounting
Associates required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal
Experience with AP/AR
Adeptness in QuickBooks
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Detailed and have the ability work independently
