You will receive broad exposure to both the technology and the business.ResponsibilitiesLead Agile squads with a focus on Delivery to execute user stories and features with high quality for business value, leveraging Definitions of Ready and Done as standards.Support teams in adopting Agile practices, apply suitable frameworks to increase delivery, and empower data-driven decisions.Collaborate with Product Managers to align backlog prioritization with business objectives.Drive sprint and PI planning, manage dependencies, track team metrics, address blockers, and foster continuous improvement to achieve sprint goals and deliver value.Build cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders, align on goals and timelines, advocate for the team.Foster an Agile mindset and inspire the team through hands-on engagement, proactively identify areas for improvement.Prepare teams for self-sufficiency, enabling them to sustain high levels of delivery without direct oversight.
