Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsible for Quality Assurance and Product/Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory compliance, adhering to local, international, health and food safety regulations.This is an operational role that requires full flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including early and late shifts.Have a comprehensive understanding of specifications from goods in to dispatch to airside.Communicate non-conformances through all stage of Quality Assurance to the relevant departments – Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and TransportTo carry out the training of QA team and all DO&CO employees to ensure compliance to customer specifications and standard operating procedures.To maintain a close working relationship with all operational departments and continuous flow of information relating to quality and production performance.To liaise with production management and ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed as required and all staff are trained appropriately.To allocate the work allocation for the QA staff on shiftLead and direct internal audits, ensuring all corrective actions are implemented.  To support the Quality Assurance management team as required.
