Location: Hodges, SC

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

Role Definition:Provides technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.Responsibilities:

Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.

Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.

Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.

Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.

Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.

Completes design and development projects by training and guiding operations.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Motor Mounts

Dust Collection and other Machining Equipment

Integrated Robotic & PLC Systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Extensive experience using tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate, and test product design drafts.

Effective Communications: Working knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Product Design and Development: Working knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

Product Design - MFG: Extensive experience using processes, approaches, tools, and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.
