If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort may be your perfect match.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to assist the Sales, Catering, and Conference Services Teams in administrative duties, organization, correspondence, project and task management, while providing 4-Diamond guest service for both our internal and external guests.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support including phone coverage, internal brand/hotel and client communication, travel coordination, expense reports and tracking, marketing calls and meeting preparation (prepare weekly minutes from internal meetings) and follow-up as well as other administrative tasks.

Answer incoming telephone calls when necessary

Maintain and update revenue production from marketing campaigns.

Assist with the development of internal and external presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations, webinar content, advertisements, marketing and collateral.

Schedules workload to meet deadlines of all managers.

Coordinates general office functions.

Maintain inventory of office supplies.

Details in conjunction with meeting with large group business.

Maintain balance sheets, expense checkbooks and invoices.

Responsible for daily distribution of banquet event orders, changes, postings and daily reports.

Establishes rapport with clients to support CS Managers

Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, well-organized and ability to deal efficiently under pressure and multi-task while being personable.

Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use filters and pivot tables

Delphi Proficiency

Opera Proficiency

Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

2-4 years of administration experience preferred but not required

College degree or equivalent required.
