Full Time Maintenance Technician for our two properties in Bluffton, SC. Job Requires basic knowledge of :
Electrical
Plumbing
Light Carpentry
General Maintenance /Work Orders
HVAC (pay incentives to certified applicants )
Grounds Maintenance/clean up
Apartment Turns:
Painting, maintenance, repairs, updates, installing fixtures, changing locks, etc
have vehicle and tools
available for after hour emergencies(emergencies only no after hours work orders) as needed
We are looking for an Upbeat, Honest, Dependable and Organized Team Player who loves being busy, doing it right the first time, and working with a casual hard working team.
