Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, customer and service oriented Floor Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their flooring needs and ensure an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in flooring sales.
Responsibilities
Greet every customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
Develop and maintain product knowledge in order to best help customers with selections.
Answer phone calls and assist customers with any and all questions they may have.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and efficiently
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
