Join our team at Pool Troopers as a Concrete Finisher specializing in pool construction! We are looking for skilled professionals who have a passion for working with concrete and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, pouring, and finishing concrete elements of swimming pools, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our company's standards.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete finishing, particularly in pool construction or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of concrete properties, mixing ratios, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
Pay: From $18 per hour, more for strong experience
