We are a family owned and operated business in the industry 30+ years, and we're looking for someone to add to the family!
Applicant must be able to tolerate working and standing on a boat for 8+ hours per day. Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the entire shift, with the ability to lift 75-100 lbs occasionally. Must be able to see clearly near or far. Lots of bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and sorting, etc.
Must have transportation and be dependable. Looking for a quick learner, hard worker, with an eye for detail. Previous vessel experience a plus, but willing to train the right person. Must be able to take direction and constructive criticism. If you say "Ow" a lot, please don't apply.
Starting pay based on experience with the ability to earn quick raises and bonuses based on work ethic and value to the team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
