Server responsibilities include (with the assistance of a hostess and backwait):
-seating/greeting guests
-taking/making drink orders
-suggesting food items
-verbalization of specials
-taking food orders
-running food
-check presentation/credit card swipe/cash-out
-bussing/clearing/resetting tables
-typical pre- and post- service side work
Servers also perform bartender responsibilities (no bar tender to tip-out so servers make simple and standardized craft cocktails utilizing our standard recipes and also stock the bar) in our tip-pool system. It is a true team operation which pays very well for a motivated and qualified team-player who works hard and can successfully self-manage.
Shift starts at 330pm for Dinner service starting at 5pm Tuesday - Saturday.
