Independent Restaurant Company-owner has Hilton Head ties-looking for an Executive Chef for

his flagship restaurant on NH's beautiful Seacoast. Restaurant features an American-Grill" type of menu, Award Winning Wine List, and has an upper end type of service level in the FOH. Restaurant serves, Dinner daily, Lunch weekdays, and a seasonal Sunday Brunch. We also have 2 Private Dining Rooms that collectively accommodate up to 45 guests for functions and special events.

EC is responsible for menu development and execution, purchasing and procurement, kitchen staff leadership and training, and related administrative duties. High end or mid-to-high volume experience is preferred.

Compensation includes competitive salary, performance bonus, health and dental insurance, holiday and vacation pay, relocation allowance and a 5 day work week. Looking for a mid April start date.
