Position 2: Server
We are looking for a dedicated server to join our Locals team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, menu knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests to Locals Raw Bar and provide menu recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
- Serve items promptly and with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with BOH to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Upsell premium items and promote features to the guests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe dining experience.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate with coworkers to provide excellent service.
- Willingness to learn.

We are looking for a skilled and creative Sushi Chef to join our team at Locals Raw Bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sushi-making, a strong culinary background, and a dedication to delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sushi and sashimi dishes accordingly to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients are used in sushi preparation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
- Monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of sushi orders with other menu items.
- Work efficiently in a fast - paced environment to meet guest's demand.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
