- Greet guests as they arrive, providing a positive and friendly first impression.

- Manage the seating chart and coordinate with servers to ensure efficient table turnover.

- Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

- Monitor the dining area to ensure guest needs are meet and address any concerns.

- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment, including the waiting area.
