CRM Delivery Lead/ Program Manager Job Spec

Must have 10+ years experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent prior experience of package CRM implementations, i.e. Oracle or Salesforce CRM

Must have atleast 3+ years experience in implementation of MS Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM solution

Must have experience of managing end to end delivery of at least 3 end to end implementations of D365 CRM or equivalent solution, so full SDLC from concept

Experience of business transformation and driving organizational change

Ability to establish priorities, create business plans, blue prints, work independently and lead development of solution

Must have Agile delivery experience

Experience of business consolidation across multiple business units, so creating a central solution

Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with working with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead multiple teams

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

Must have Project Management certification

Must Experience in estimation, project plan preparation, project tracking, project cost control and reporting

Must have experience in managing vendor and their delivery
