The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for following all established safety rules and safe work practices. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for enforcing safety rules and safe work practices. The Landscape Supervisor is expected to work with the EMCOR Site Manager in continuum skill development of the landscape team. The Landscape Supervisor is expected to work closely with the Site Manager to meet the goals set by the customer and EMCOR managementESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Site Manger with all activities to ensure positive lasting relationships with the customer and all needs are met and/or exceeded. Handle customers’ service issues in a professional manner with the emphasis on further developing key relationships to ensure all customers remain satisfied with the level of service and response time.Assists with creation and maintenance of site Standard Operating procedures (SOP) for process, project management and maintenance, assists in the site manager in the HR processes for EMCOR landscape associates.Perform landscape site supervisory functions in accordance with customer and EMCOR policies and best practices. Including work site inspections and quality control, safety audits, shop housekeeping and material warehouse management. Coordinate and supervise the daily landscape activities of onsite EMCOR landscape technicians in their performance of preventive and routine maintenance procedures on both fixed and variable budgets.Responsible for assessments, training, and technical development of onsite EMCOR landscape technicians to include new and best work practices with latest techniques and materials.Monitor landscape group activities and subcontractors on a daily or project basis to ensure all work is being performed in accordance with customer and EMCOR safe work practices. Project management includes planning, estimating cost, coordinating, tracking, supervising, final quality inspections and close out procedures.Ensure that all required reports, work orders, inspection documents from the site are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain an appropriate level of parts, chemicals, supplies, and other consumables required for the successful and timely completion of all planned preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment within the EMCOR scope of work (SOW.)Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSEducation

Specialized training, vocational technical degree, or Associate degree with emphasis in horticulture, landscaping or a closely related field, supplemented by five (5) years of experience in grounds/landscape maintenance.

Business Experience· Minimum two (2) years of experience of supervisory experience· Minimum five (5) years of experience in the trades/industrial environmentLicenses/Certifications· Valid Driver’s License· SC Pesticide License is preferredLanguage Skills· Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to,· safety policies and procedure manuals.· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.· Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.Technical Qualifications & Skills· Basic mathematical abilities in all units of measurement.· Read technical schematics as well as specification manuals.· Organization, Scheduling, Analyzing Information, Time Management, Inventory Control, and Data Entry Skills.· Can use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Requisite computer skills with online programs, CMMS programsNotice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
