DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate for our Hanahan, SC. location.Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Executing routine administrative and clerical tasks, handling both routine and non-routine assignments, including special projects.
Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
Managing, scheduling and preparing status reports.
Writing, typing meeting minutes, data entry, badging, and document preparation.
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Expert-level abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Experience maintaining a schedule in Microsoft.
High level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.
Strong research skills.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
