Job DescriptionA large automotive manufacturer in the Upstate is looking for a Support Specialist II to join their team. This position will support 3-4 department managers and will be responsible for following up on shopping cart approval and PO releases. They will also schedule and coordinate travel for the department managers.Performing and coordinating administrative tasks (word processing, document preparation/management and file Maintenace) related to the daily activities for the department.Coordinate preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes and LOP for department management team weekly meeting.Assist with department budget, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies and record retention.Coordinate management workshops.Maintain department web page.Time administrationCreate purchase orders and process invoices to Accounts payable.Handle special projects within the department.Schedule and organize activities such as meetings. documentations, video conferencesSupport management to maintain target goals and task completion as assigned.Handle confidential information and materials.Monitor and communicate to managers about budget reports, forecasting reports, and SAP activities for the department.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
