Machinist - Level 2 - Second Shift

As a Machinist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our production floor by operating and maintaining various machining equipment to produce high-quality parts. Your expertise in machining processes will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines or tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processesU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MachinistWE VALUE Proficiency in operating CNC machines Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Technical certification in machining or related field Experience with precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Effective communication and teamwork skillsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
