Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team based in Greer, South Carolina. This role involves managing financial records, processing invoices, and overseeing accounts payable tasks. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle bank reconciliations and assist with data entry tasks. This is a short term contract employment opportunity offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy and efficiency Handle QuickBooks operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial processes Assist with the transition of financial systems from QuickBooks to Sage Process and code invoices, ensuring accurate financial tracking Carry out bank reconciliation tasks to maintain financial integrity Provide assistance with Accounts Payable (AP) operations Assist with end-of-month close tasks, ensuring deadlines are met Support with data entry tasks as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy Offer additional support to the accounting team as needed.
