Eaton’s PDCA division is currently seeking a Supplier Resiliency Leader. This position can be based at our Greenwood, SC or Arden or Fayetteville, NC locations.The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Supplier Resiliency Leader will drive improvements in the overall performance and resiliency of the supplier base for the Power Distribution & Control Assemblies Division. They will work directly with suppliers, plant, sector and corporate resources to mitigate supplier risk and improve material availability, utilizing supplier forecasts and capacity commitments to establish multi-year supply plans. Additionally, they will:
Identify and lead projects within PDCA SCM aimed at improving resiliency to the supply base, utilizing strategies such as dual sourcing, resourcing, and qualifying new supplier.
Evaluate and support existing resiliency projects within PDCA.
Utilize expected growth and mix assumptions from PDCA product lines to provide long-term forecasts to suppliers and gain capacity commitments going out multiple years.
Drive cost out projects that result in savings to the bottom line.
Work directly with GPO/Commodity Management teams to gain support for resiliency projects and to assist in driving sector/corporate initiatives.
Partner with Engineering teams to drive projects around component standardization.
Engage directly with division and plant Engineering, Quality and Operations resources to determine opportunities and ensure material compliance.
Evaluate and implement new sourcing and stocking methodologies to improve material availability while minimizing inventory DOH.
Work with existing suppliers to improve OTP, reduce lead-times and reduce inventory levels.
Identify new suppliers and engage with negotiations, quality assessments and onboarding.
Support division and plant SIOP processes, specifically around Supply.
Participate in NPD process to proactively drive supplier resiliency for new product launches.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Supply Chain Management from an accredited institution
Experience in controlling costs, materials warehouse, APICS, Eaton quality Systems (EQS), Enovia document control system and / or area of Manufacturing. Knowledge of MAPICS/Oracle/SAP
