Additional Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to sales efforts
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and manage profit loss
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvement initiatives
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years as Designated Certified Applicator (DCA)
