Service Pro Heating and Air is hiring. We are a laid back small hvac company with year round work. We are looking to put a 5th service technician on the road running an average of 6 residential service calls a day Mon-Fri.
These are typically simple calls with no stress to upsell. Just diagnose the problem, fix the unit if you can with your truck stock and move on. Unexpected long days are very rare here.
Most of our calls are along the 85 corridor from Anderson to Spartanburg but that doesn't mean your route will be spread that far out. If a lot of drive time is required you just have fewer calls that day. Our goal is to get you home at a decent time everyday, not to work you to death but overtime is welcome if you want it.
We use professional software for routing and everyday operation. Calls are dispatched electronically, you can see your routes ahead of time "even days in advance". This software allows our techs to do almost everything from their phone with almost no needed interaction from the office.
On top of the base pay we offer a performance bonus. Techs are paid for each 5 star review they generate, techs are paid commission on anything they do sell but its not required as we have a sales team you can hand stuff off to.

Looking to hire:
HVAC service technician with a base pay between $25-$35/hr depending on experience. Min. 2 years experience.
Looking for a reliable and honest service tech to diagnose and repair hvac systems in the Greenville area.

Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential hvac equipment.
Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company vehicle.
