About Mastermind Plumbing: We are a growing, locally-owned plumbing company based in Greenville, SC. We are known for quality work, honest service, and quick turnarounds. As we expand, we’re looking to hire a plumbing technician to join our team of experienced professionals.
Job responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fittings, fixtures, etc.) - Diagnose and troubleshoot common plumbing issues - Work on water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing appliances - Perform inspections and routine maintenance of plumbing systems - Respond to emergency service calls and provide after-hours support as needed - Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times - Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions - Complete work in a timely manner while ensuring quality workmanship - Provide excellent customer service
What we’re looking for: Two years or more of experience in plumbing installation, service, or repair preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging weather conditions - Flexibility to work on-call and handle emergency situations
