Local builder in need of experienced carpenter and helper. May do decks, siding, framing, flooring, paneling, trim, general carpentry and various other construction related work. Experience in other trades may also be considered.
1099 Contract Labor
Jobs usually within a 30 minute range of Clemson SC.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Includes Maintenance, Remodeling, and Repair and Service work.
- Residential and light commercial work.
- Must have transportation. Persons with a truck or trailer can earn extra money if desired by using it on the job.
- Basic tools of the job are required
- Great opportunity for additional on the job training
- Additional trade skills that are necessary for remodeling and addition work may also be considered.
Builder reserves the right to require a drug test of any employee or subcontractor on the job.
