Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Safe and efficient demolition of existing structures.
Accurate construction of foundation forms.
Expert rough framing, ensuring structural integrity.
Precise finish carpentry, including trim work, cabinetry, and more.
Professional siding and trim installation.
Accurate window and door installation.
Basic light plumbing and electrical tasks (under supervision or as qualified).
Maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Collaborating effectively with other team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled carpenter who possesses the following:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years of full-time, hands-on experience in residential carpentry.
Comprehensive Skill Set: Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of residential construction, from foundation to finish.
Reliability is Key: Must have reliable transportation, your own basic hand tools, and a working cell phone for communication.
