We are seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agentto join our team!You will be responsible forexpanding the company's book of businessby selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Maintain data in ourClient Relations Management (CRM) software.

Resolve client inquiries and complaints with care and integrity.

Expand business reach through networking techniques

Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Track and identifyareas of improvement

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields - Life and Health Licensed Agents Only (Pre-Licensing support provided.)

Easily and Effortlessly engage with existing prospects to perform reviews of their Insurance Needs.

Ability to use a Computer, Ipad, or Advanced Smartphone (Iphone 12 or newer/Samsung Galaxy S 20 or newer.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

A 100% commission car salesperson is looking for a position were they can work from home. They know how to qualify needs with questions. They are able to understand thatthis is a Financial Vehicle. Just like at the Car Dealership, if you try and sell a car, before you qualify a shopper on their needs, you just get into a price war, and probably no sale. A professional will know what questions to ask to get to know the client's situation, before making a recommendation. Here, you will be trained and brought up to speed on our sales process, and be able to do it from the comfort of your home or mobile office.

Example 2:

An Experienced Life Insurance Agent is tired of buying $1200 in leads every week! This can be a compounding problem leading you to spend marketing money over and over, before you even learn how to serve Clients.
