Here's what you'll be helping me with:

Be my social media ninja, keeping my Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile buzzing with creative content.

I will help you with this by uploading content and topics with instructions. Then, you can edit, copyright, and send it back to me for upload.

Become a Canva magician, crafting eye-catching posts to celebrate our clients' milestones (think "Sold!" signs and "Happy New Home!" explosions).

Master the art of organization, keeping our files in tip-top shape, and ensuring everything gets uploaded to the transaction management system and delivered to clients faster than a speeding housewarming invite.

Be our CRM confidante, keeping track of new clients and marketing campaigns and ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks. ️

Embrace your inner detective, monitoring emails, social media messages, and client activity so we never miss a beat. ️‍

Creating Standard Operating Procedures for every task on the job

Upload and manage property listings.

Please alert me to people I need to call about birthdays, anniversaries, and home anniversaries, and order and send presents to clients on my behalf.

Create presentations and documents and manage marketing.

Bonus points for:

A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new things (think of it as adding superpowers to your admin utility belt!)
