Family-owned Property Management Company looking for part-time property management support/administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, honest, organized, reliable and self-motivated.
Office support:
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Provide administrative support to the management team
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Daily reconciliations –managing the daily cash flow
Property management (advertising, showings, leases & maintenance requests)
Filing & basic data entry
Creating word & excel documents when requested from upper management
Job Requirements
Computer knowledge is a must
Experience with word and excel
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but not required
The ability to do basic math and follow cash handling procedures
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel a few miles a day
Professional attire
The ability to pass background and drug tests
