Summary: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all outdoor areas on the property. Primary objectives are to keep the facility clean for quality control purposes and to maintain compliance with water quality requirements and other environmental-related permits.

Grounds & Facilities Maintenance:
Regular maintenance to facility grounds, such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and maintaining assigned areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Construct, repair, and maintain swales, berms, discharge plumbing, and ramps.
Provide a variety of general maintenance to the facility; Vacuum, blow, sweep, and wash roadways, parking lots, bulk yard, and other hardscapes to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Essential Functions:
Ensures that dust and debris are kept to a minimum.
Ensures all spills and leaks are promptly cleaned up and properly disposed of.
Ensures all spill kits are in designated areas when not in use.
Ensures that the facility's stormwater system is kept adequately maintained.
Ensures compliance with mandatory state and federal environmental laws.
Safety:
Promote, execute, and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees to adopt safety as a culture.
Works in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the well-being of others.
General:
Regular attendance and timeliness are required.

Ability to safely operate power tools and heavy equipment.
