Looking for dependable, hard working individual willing to work and learn. Job involves turning over apartments for new tenant move in.
No experience necessary, but have some knowledge about working with power tools. Must have dependable transportation, good communication skills, ability to climb ladders and excellent attendance. Work involves the following:
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Electrical
Plumbing
Structural
Gutter work
Work week is Monday-Friday, pay every Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
