InfraTech Services /PayDirt Site Services is looking to hire Equipment Operators, with experience. Applicants will be working on site work crews, including tasks associated with erosion control, earth moving, land clearing, storm drainage installation, pond cleaning, and demolition. TOP PAY FOR QUALIFIED PERSON
Responsibilities:
-Running a chainsaw in clearing activities
-Using laser and shovel to assist in grading
-Installing silt fence
-Installing retaining walls
-Work in backfill operations using shovel, gas powered rammer, and operating remote control trench compactor
-Operate pad foot compactor in fill operations
-Set up/take down of traffic control
-Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools
Requirements:
-Good attitude, dependable, willingness to work and learn
-Valid driver’s license and insurable to haul trailers, CDL is desired but not required.
-Personal vehicle – no ride sharing
-Drug-free, Non-smoker and No Vaping
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Legally eligible to work in the US
-Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance
-Capable of working at a sustained pace and producing quality work independently
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE HEAVY EQUIPMENT - FORK LIFT EXPERIENCE DOES NOT COUNT
Work Environment:
-Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions
-Employee will need to be able to perform strenuous physical activity
-Able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds
-Able to stand, walk on uneven surfaces, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull
