I’m on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Day Porter/Janitor to keep a commercial space sparkling clean and welcoming. If you're someone who takes pride in transforming a space from grime to shine, keep reading – you might be the mop-wielding hero we're looking for!
This role has the potential to rise — supervisor, manager, etc. — and contribute to the growth of a Greenville startup, servicing high end commercial and residential facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Mop Maestro: You've mastered the art of mopping like a pro. (Industrial dry mop and wet mop)
- Dust Dynamo: Wield your duster with finesse as you make surfaces spotless.
- Trash Tamer: Handling trash disposal with a sense of urgency and precision.
- Bathroom Magician: Turn restrooms into clean, fresh sanctuaries.
- Floor Patrol: Keep an eagle eye on floors and elevators for any spills, spots, or unwanted footprints.
- Supply Chain Guru: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an advantage. We want someone who knows their way around a commercial dry mop, wet mop, and floor scrubbing machine.
- Physical stamina. This job involves being on your feet, moving, and grooving for the majority of the day.
- Kind of OCD. You can spot dust particles at 50 paces and annoyingly check for dust on picture frames.
- Reliability and consistency.
- Jiving with the three values above.
- Reliable transportation and legally permitted to work in the U.S. (must provide proof)

Technical Stuff That Is Still Important
- This is a full-time (30-40 hours) job; W-2 employee
- Pay above industry average
The successful applicant will be prepared to start work on January 18-19. Interviews will be conducted in person.
