We have a Customer Service, Entry level position in our small construction blueprinting company. Small team environment where customer service is our top priority. The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people and assisting customers with orders and services.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
Work with associates to meet customer's needs and assist with workflow
Data entry and invoicing in various platforms
Filing invoices
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
Is capable of learning quickly and be comfortable asking questions of your work associates.
EXCELLENT phone etiquette and EXCELLENT verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to be organized, on time and prioritize work duties
Must be okay with Dogs (We have a mid-size one in office some days)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Compensation: $12 per hour with an increase after 90 days
Hours: Hours of operation are from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday Through Friday. NO Weekends!
Benefits: Paid holidays and bonuses after 90 days and a 1-week paid vacation after one year.
The company does not offer a health benefits program.
A professional appearance and conservative, business-casual attire are preferred. Jeans are okay on Fridays.
