I am looking for a carpenter helper with at least 6 years experience. This will be a good job for the right person. This candidate must have transportation, in good physical and mental shape, possess certain tools of the trade, pass a background check, have a valid South Carolina drivers license and be a non-smoker. I want someone who is within 15 miles of my office. I prefer someone between the age of 40-60, not tattooed up and native to the area. I also have a zero tolerance for drug use or cell phone addiction. In short I am looking for someone who is motivated, on time and on task.
