Responsibilities:
Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director, the Human Resource Director is responsible for the Human Resource and Employee Training functions. The Human Resource Director will be responsible for the development of personnel and training policies and coordinates the implementation of the policies with agency employees. The Human Resource Director serves as the agency Compliance Officer for all consumer related alleged discrimination issues and serves as the agency’s HIPAA coordinator (Privacy Officer). The Human Resource Director coordinates the Agency Worker’s Compensation claims and safety awareness program. The Human Resource Director supervises the Human Resource Generalist, Residential Manager Trainer, Employee Health Nurse and Administrative Support (3).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study. Experience in Human Resources, Employee Training and Benefits Administration is preferred. High School Diploma and 5 years experience in Human Resources, Employee Training, and Benefits or Business Administration.
Work Schedule:
1st shift, 40 hours per week, 8am – 4pm.
Salary: $75,840.00 annual salary
