This is a remote work opportunity.Responsibilities:

Provide technical design and architecture leadership of ServiceNow solutions spanning Talent & Culture's business technology roadmap; evaluate business requirements in the early stages of projects to determine ServiceNow modules, products, integration technologies, system architectures and patterns that should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently; ensure the alignment of the solution architecture with the enterprise technology strategy of the Talent & Culture function

Illustrate the logical, physical and process views with industry standard architecture diagramming frameworks; define the data model, application logic, user interface, security, and integration components; define Enabler Epics into the Program Increment plan to conduct proof of concepts, validate design patterns, integration methods

Facilitate design governance of HRSD solutions and actively contribute to enterprise business technology design decisions for the Talent & Culture

Conduct research and participate in the development of roadmaps, which include right solution selection, versions, upgrades, projects and milestones; stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and HRSD domain

Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies and otherwise defined best practices

Collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of the solution implementation by providing guidance as needed to application, engineering and operations teams; work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards and reference architectures for consistency and integration

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions across architecture domains (technology, application, information, and infrastructure)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

Experience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture

Ability to effectively develop presentations, functional and technical roadmaps as well as present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise

Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team

Experience or certification in SAFe or other industry proven architecture frameworks
