This role reports to the Control Team Leader on a large project. Lead and develop Change Management resources. Develop, implement, and direct the total Change Management program. Develop an understanding of all baseline documents in concert with the Project Team to assist in Change / Trend identification. Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the baseline, document the Change/Trend, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management Conduct Weekly Change Management Review Meetings Prepare Change Management Reports for Weekly and Monthly issue Other duties as assignedJob ID: 149018BRCity: GreenvilleState: South CarolinaCountry: United StatesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
